Tutorial: sign a PDF locally
Use this workflow to add a signature appearance, signer details, and final export while keeping processing local.
Step 1: open Signature Library
- Load your PDF in the editor.
- Click the Signature tool to open the Signature Library.
- Select a saved signature or create a new one with custom font, color, and style.
Step 2: place and adjust
- Click Place on Page, then click the target location on the PDF.
- Move and resize the signature to its final position.
- To swap signatures, open the library again and select a different one — it replaces instantly.
Step 3: export final file
- Export as PDF from the browser runtime.
- Re-open output to confirm signature placement.
- Share final document using your normal channels.
