Tutorial: sign a PDF locally

Use this workflow to add a signature appearance, signer details, and final export while keeping processing local.

Step 1: open Signature Library

  • Load your PDF in the editor.
  • Click the Signature tool to open the Signature Library.
  • Select a saved signature or create a new one with custom font, color, and style.

Step 2: place and adjust

  • Click Place on Page, then click the target location on the PDF.
  • Move and resize the signature to its final position.
  • To swap signatures, open the library again and select a different one — it replaces instantly.

Step 3: export final file

  • Export as PDF from the browser runtime.
  • Re-open output to confirm signature placement.
  • Share final document using your normal channels.

Can I add multiple signatures?
Yes. You can place and manage multiple signature annotations across pages, each with its own font and color.
Does signing require creating an account?
No account is required for the local signature appearance flow.
